TMS CADCare Support provides the following benefits -

Software Support
1 year CAD software support from our team of experts relating to problems with the
software or installation process.

                 • Telephone Support
                 • Email support (for file transfer)
                 • Remote Support (live solution / systems dependant & firewalls permitting)
                  (NB CAD Software support is given on technical problems relating to the software, it does not cover training purposes).

Installation/On-site Support
Included in the package is the option to have one of our team on-site with you for 3 hours to help with installation of your CAD software or generally help with any other CAD technical issues. This is provided Free of Charge (for companies within a 60 mile radius of our Head Office) and via our remote support facility for companies outwith area.

Autodesk Service Packs / Tips and Tricks
Any relevant service packs for the Autodesk software you have covered under our CADCare Support service will be automatically sent to you by means of a link or file.  CAD software “Tips and Tricks” are sent out on a monthly basis to all CADCare Support customers.

Reduced Training Prices
CADCare Support customers receive up to 20% discount off of the cost of our standard Autodesk Training Courses.
