software or installation process.

• Remote Support (live solution / systems dependant & firewalls permitting)
(NB CAD Software support is given on technical problems relating to the software, it does not cover training purposes).
Included in the package is the option to have one of our team on-site with you for 3 hours to help with installation of your CAD software or generally help with any other CAD technical issues. This is provided Free of Charge (for companies within a 60 mile radius of our Head Office) and via our remote support facility for companies outwith area.
Autodesk Service Packs / Tips and Tricks
Any relevant service packs for the Autodesk software you have covered under our CADCare Support service will be automatically sent to you by means of a link or file. CAD software “Tips and Tricks” are sent out on a monthly basis to all CADCare Support customers.
